Shipping Destinations
We currently ship across India and selected international destinations. Availability of shipping to certain countries may vary depending on courier service coverage and customs regulations.
Shipping Charges
Within India
- Free Shipping on eligible promotional orders (if applicable)
- Standard shipping charges may apply at checkout depending on order value, weight, and location
International Orders
- International shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight, and courier rates
- Customs duties, import taxes, or local fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated
Order Processing Time
- Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation or COD verification
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day
- During sales, festivals, or peak demand periods, processing may take longer than usual
Estimated Delivery Time
India Orders
- Metro Cities: 3–6 business days
- Other Locations: 4–8 business days
- Remote Areas: May take longer depending on courier serviceability
International Orders
- Estimated delivery: 7–21 business days depending on destination country, customs clearance, and shipping method
Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive shipping confirmation by email, SMS, or WhatsApp (where applicable) with tracking details.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
COD may be available for selected pin codes within India. We reserve the right to confirm COD orders via phone or message before dispatch.
Failed Delivery Attempts / Undeliverable Packages
If delivery fails due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete address
- Customer unavailable after repeated attempts
- Refusal to accept package
The shipment may be returned to us. Re-shipping charges may apply.
Delays in Shipping
Delivery delays may occur due to:
- Weather conditions
- Public holidays
- Courier disruptions
- Customs inspections (international orders)
- High seasonal demand
We are not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services beyond our reasonable control.
Damaged, Lost, or Incorrect Shipments
If your package arrives damaged, incorrect, or appears lost in transit, contact us within 48 hours of delivery or expected delivery date.
Please provide:
- Order number
- Photos of package/product
- Description of issue
We will investigate and assist with replacement or refund where eligible.
Shipping Restrictions
We may not ship to:
- P.O. Box addresses
- Sanctioned or restricted regions
- Certain remote areas not covered by logistics partners
