We, Di & De, value customer satisfaction and strive to ensure you are happy with our products and your purchase. If you are not satisfied with the purchased products, please refer to our Return and Refund Policy stated below.
Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached, as in delivered condition..
- Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.
- Only items purchased directly from us through our website are eligible for return.
- Refund or replacement requests are subject to verification. We may require an unboxing video or clear product images.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Products purchased during sale, clearance, or promotional offers
- Customized, altered, or personalized products
- Used, washed, or damaged products (damages after delivery)
Return Process
1. Initiate a Return

2. Shipping the Product
Once approved, securely pack the item and ship it to the return address provided by our support team.
- Customers are to bear return shipping charges unless the product received was defective, damaged, or wrong product delivered.
3. Inspection and Approval
After receiving the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return eligibility conditions, before reissue.
Refund Process
Refunds are processed under the following guidelines:
- Refunds will be initiated within 7–10 business days after the returned item received and clears inspection.
- Refunds will be made to the original payment method used during purchase.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be processed via bank transfer or UPI after confirmation.
Damaged or Wrong Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:
